These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Upartyfreaks.com (the “Site”), operated by Universal Party Freaks (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing this type of content is legal where you are.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account.
- Accounts are for one person only. Sharing, selling or transferring your account is not allowed.
- Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
3. Memberships and purchases
Memberships give access to members-only content for as long as your membership is active. Individual videos can also be bought one at a time. Prices, renewals, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
4. Content license
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Universal Party Freaks and is protected by copyright. When you buy access, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:
- download, record, copy, screenshot for distribution, or re-upload content, except where a download option is provided for your personal use;
- share, sell, stream or publish content anywhere else;
- remove watermarks or other ownership marks; or
- use bots, scrapers or other tools to access or copy the Site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to harass anyone, post unlawful material, attempt to break or bypass security or payment features, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
6. Content standards and removal requests
Our content is filmed at public 21+ venues and does not contain sexually explicit material. If you appear in a video and want it reviewed or removed, or believe content violates your rights, please follow our Content Removal & Complaints Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, including for account sharing, content redistribution, or fraudulent purchases or payment disputes. If your account is closed for breaking these Terms, no refund will be given.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” for entertainment purposes. We work to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Party Freaks is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
