Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work on Upartyfreaks.com, operated by Universal Party Freaks. By purchasing a membership or any content, you agree to this policy.
1. Payments
All payments are securely processed by our authorized third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. The name that appears on your bank or card statement is shown on your purchase receipt email.
Accepted payment methods are the credit/debit cards and other options shown at checkout.
2. What you can buy
- All Access – 1 Month: $29.99, billed automatically every month until cancelled.
- All Access – 3 Months: $59.99, billed automatically every 3 months until cancelled.
- Individual videos (pay-per-view): one-time purchases at the price shown on each video. These do not renew.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Any price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
3. Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price and term you signed up for, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged on the renewal date using the payment method on file.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. To stop your next renewal, cancel before your renewal date using either option:
- Through your purchase receipt: your receipt email includes a link to manage or cancel your membership with our payment processor.
- Contact us: email universalpartyfreaks@gmail.com with the email address you used to sign up, and we will cancel it for you (Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM CT, Saturday–Sunday 8 AM–2 PM CT).
After you cancel: you will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your membership then ends automatically.
5. Refunds
- Memberships: because you get instant access to all content, membership fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Individual video purchases: all sales are final once the content has been made available to you.
We will issue a refund when:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge);
- you were charged after you cancelled before your renewal date;
- a technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and we could not fix it; or
- a billing error was made.
To request a refund, email us at universalpartyfreaks@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only and usually appear within 7–10 business days.
6. Billing questions and disputes
If you don’t recognize a charge or think something is wrong, please contact us first. Most billing issues are resolved quickly, and often faster than through your bank.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access to the related account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Accounts involved in fraudulent purchases or disputes for charges that were valid may be permanently closed.
7. Account access
Your membership is for your personal use only. Sharing login details, or copying or redistributing content, is not allowed and may result in your account being closed without a refund.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.
