Content Removal & Complaints Policy

We take privacy and consent seriously. If you appear in any of our content and want it reviewed or removed, or you have a complaint about anything on Upartyfreaks.com, we want to hear from you.
1. Requesting removal of a video or photo
If you appear in our content and do not want it shown, email universalpartyfreaks@gmail.com with the subject line “Removal Request” and include:
- the link to the video or photo (or its title);
- a short description of where you appear (for example, the time in the video or what you are wearing); and
- a way to contact you.
We do not ask you to give a reason. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days, and while we review it we may hide the content from the Site. Confirmed requests from people who appear in our content are honored, and the content is removed.
2. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email us with: your contact details, the work you believe is being infringed, the link to the content on our Site, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review the notice and remove infringing content.
3. Reporting illegal or harmful content
If you believe any content on the Site is illegal, shows someone under 18, or was posted without consent, report it to us immediately at universalpartyfreaks@gmail.com with the subject line “Urgent Report”. These reports are reviewed first, and the content is taken down while we investigate.
4. Other complaints
For complaints about billing, your account, or anything else on the Site, email us and we will respond within 7 business days. Billing questions are also covered in our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Appeals
If you disagree with how we handled your request or complaint, reply to our decision email with the word “Appeal” and any extra information. A different review of the decision will be completed within 7 business days, and we will let you know the outcome.
